Darkside Training and Competition Event 2025
Our annual Darkside training and competition event for 2025 is a full day of instruction on multiple topics and team competition events. We will reserve one full team for individual slots (6). The remaining teams of 6 competitors will be for full agency teams. Learn new skills and test yourself with comprehensive events, guest instructors and scored force-on-force scenarios! Lunch, drinks, coffee, snacks will be provided! Awards presented to the winning team and a raffle with some killer prizes for all!

Prerequisite: Law enforcement, Military or Armed professional. Be in good physical shape, capable of lifting and moving 80lbs objects.

Agency Enrollment: Agency representatives enrolling one or more officers- please contact admin@optempotraining.com for an invoice. Names of individual officers and emails are required.
Location: Hayward, California (location provided to enrolled attendees).
Date & Time: October 25th. Time: 745am-6pm.
Events:
- Multiple instructional segments from OpTempo and guest instructors.
- One segment will include a tactical athlete style event.
- Scored tactical scenarios.
- Winning team rated via composite score of multiple events.
Hardware/Equipment:
- Carbine converted for SIM/UTM. *Limited number of UTM bolts available to rent.
- Pistol converted for SIM/UTM. *Limited number of Pistols available to rent.
- Duty/Tactical gear (plate carrier, belt, holster, WML, handheld, etc.)
- IFAK
- Clear eye protection
- Simmunition face mask, gloves, neck/groin protection. Long sleeve top and pants.
- Notepad, pen, sharpie
